Delivery

The time it takes to prepare an order for dispatch may vary. On average it takes about 7-10 business days from receipt of your order for it to be ready to leave the studio and on its way to you.

All national orders within Australia are sent and tracked via Australia Post eParcel and require signature on delivery.

International orders are sent and tracked via DHL.

Postage Rates

National orders are dispatched daily (Monday-Friday)

If you order both large and significantly smaller prints your order may be sent as multiple parcels (this decision is determined by the range of sizes ordered and the distance the parcel needs to travel). In such cases, the multi-parcel rate will apply

International Orders (DHL)

International orders are dispatched every Friday.

Due to COVID19 and the impact it has had on global freight logistics, international shipping rates have changed substantially. Exchange Rate Surcharges and Emergency Surcharges are now applicable to every parcel and as such international postage prices are higher than in the past.

Note: DHL have a strict size limit, meaning that prints over 70cm in width are too large to be sent via DHL.

Customer and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes. We take no responsibility for delays due to customs.
